Awarded a Grade of “A” by the Texas Education Agency, Lindsay ISD is a recognized School District with an emphasis on academics.  Lindsay boasts an extensive curriculum and outstanding student performance.  Lindsay ISD is involved in UIL and has won the state UIL Championship many times.  Lindsay students also participate in the Texas Math and Science Coaches Association competitions and the school has participated in and won the Lone Star Cup. In addition to Academic success Lindsay ISD also has a full athletic program including football, basketball, volleyball, track, softball, baseball, cross country, power lifting, golf and tennis.  The school has championship teams in football, basketball and volleyball to name a few.
